Game Engine Walkthrough


I was wondering if there was any chance Dave could give us the overview on how the engine is written, what libraries it uses and how Lua interacts with C++. I’m sure that there are some amongst us that would really appreciate that kind of technical video!

What are your thoughts on this? Is there anything in particular you would like to see in that video/post?



Yeah I agree… I’m trying to get into game making after watching your videos but transitioning from web to game development has been taking its toll on me what with my full-time job and all. It would be awesome to get some c++/lua support. Maybe even a partial release of the source? :smiley:
