Video Devblog #56 - Large Tribes

The first alpha testers are creating some pretty large tribes which has exposed a number of issues. This video shows some of the problems and solutions I’ve found around pathfinding and AI, as well as some new content and mechanics that have been added over the past couple of months.

Build hight could be determined by the material, for example a mud brick building could be build higher then a wood building.

Although come to think of this, doing it this way could help or hurt creativity. It could hurt it by forcing players to use specific materials while building, but also help creativity by encouraging players to mix and match building materials and to gather more things.
